Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. If you can use email and a CRM, you can run this. Beginner to intermediate friendly, zero coding required. We build everything live, on screen, step by step.
What if I cannot make a session live?
Every session is recorded and posted in the private Skool community for lifetime access. You can attend live, watch later, or both.
Do I need a Claude subscription before the training?
You will need a Claude Pro account ($20/month). On Day 1 we set everything up together so you walk in fresh and finish the session ready to roll.
Will this work with my existing CRM and email tools?
Yes. We connect Claude to Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and your existing stack. The workflows do not replace your tools, they pull the work into your inbox.
How is this different from a generic AI for Realtors course?
Most courses teach you prompts. This builds finished workflows. By Friday you will have a Buyer Consult Brief, a Weekly Market Update, an Open House Follow-Up sequence, social/blog/listing content systems, and a custom AI Skill, all running on your own setup. You leave with deliverables, not a notebook.
How long is access to the recordings?
